Norsk tactical Ltd was born out of previous service to our Country. We offer a suite of training, development and deployment services. We know that to draw our talent from a disciplined background improves our human operational capability and effectiveness. We recognise that training and development is the key to future success for young people both in and outside the armed forces. We further feel that supporting those who have served and the families who have followed them and supported them is vital. and therefore, we support the Armed Forces Community in general.

Support:

We promote reservists and an example would be that we advertise for our local TA unit 71 Engineer Regiment (Royal Engineers) based in Paisley proactively on our website and to our clients. We further promote reservists of all three services across Scotland and the wider UK.

We are committed to The Armed Forces Covenant and recognise those who have served both the regular and reserve forces offering advice, training and employment to them and their families. Over 90% of our permanent staff are ex-service personnel. Within our wider operation we employ spouses and children of service families. 

Cadet Support:

We are delighted to offer support to cadets of all three services with training, coaching and advice. We see the cadets as an unparalleled opportunity for the young people to experience life, create long lasting friendships and have adventurous and experienced military themed training. We also fully support the cadet expansion programme in Scotland to develop a suite of Accredited qualifications mapped to the existing cadet syllabus.

Reserve Support:

We support all reservists from across the three services with a suite of training, development and advice packages.

We actively support reservists to develop both their civilian skills and qualifications aligned with their service commitments and trades. We advertise to our clients and students the TA and locally we promote 71 Engineer Regiment.

Veteran Support:

We support veterans and their families with training & development and real advice on recruitment and interviews. We employ many ex regular serving personnel. Our CEO and MD of Norsk Tactical are both ex-Military having served over 50 years between them. Our CEO has both a long regular career and a subsequent TA one.

Specifics:

We offer the Following:

·  Training development & support, all veterans, reserves and cadets are offered reduced rates on our regulated and accredited courses of 15%.

·  All families of veterans or serving personnel are offered 15% discount on regulated accredited courses.

·  We offer up to 20% discount for those leaving the armed forces as resettlement.

·  We support SSAFA, RAFBF, Veterans Aid and are willing to support and charity for service personnel where possible.
